Professor and researcher at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences and the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. Full Member of the Psychology Center of the University of Porto and of the Board of the Laboreal Magazine, of an international and interdisciplinary nature.
Marta Santos is a lead researcher on projects related to technological transformations in companies and the themes of inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
She has been responsible for the Work Psychology Consulting Service since 2016.
She has developed scientific consultancy projects on the relationships between health and work, professional trajectories, training, skills and professional development. He has scientific publications in these fields.
She is Vice-President of the Scientific Council of FPCEUP, member of the Council of the Department of Psychology, and member of the Academic Council of Porto Business School. Between 2018 and 2022, he was President of the Pedagogical Council of FPCEUP. He took on the Coordination of the Service for Continuing Education, at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto for 4 years.
She is integrated into international networks (SELF, IEA) related to research and discussion of intervention practices with a view to improving work contexts, development and people’s health and well-being.
She is a psychologist specializing in Work, Social and Organizational Psychology, recognized by the Portuguese Order of Psychologists (Professional license no. 6962).
