PhD Researcher at FPCEUP. Member of the Work Psychology Atelier and the Work Psychology Consulting team since 2014, and Member of the Board of the Laboreal Journal, of an international and interdisciplinary nature, since 2019. Cláudia Pereira carries out research projects focused on technological transitions in an industrial context; in the sustainability of knowledge transmission processes in the work context; in building professional experience and analyzing professional trajectories; and in the relationships between work, health and safety. She has also developed intervention projects in a business context (industries and tertiary sector) in the field of health and safety at work, reconstruction of professional trajectories, and training and development of workers in their contexts and in collectives.
She is integrated into international networks (SELF, IEA) related to research and discussion of intervention practices to improve work contexts and promote people’s development, health and well-being.
