Gabrielle Poeschl holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. Between 1993 and 2015, she taught in the areas of Social Psychology and Data Analysis at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto. She was director of the Social Psychology Laboratory, of which she is still a member. Her publications focus, in particular, on issues related to family practices, gender differences, globalization, corruption and economic crisis.
